How to pick your size
Every pair comes in a single size, so for each one we list the EU size and the size in centimetres from the manufacturer's label. Here is how to use them.
The cm size from the label
The label inside the shoe gives the size in several systems: US, UK, EUR and CM (marked JP by some brands). For every pair we list the CM value copied from its label, and for most pairs you will find a photo of the label in the gallery.
This is the manufacturer's marking, not a ruler measurement of the insole. The same EU size can differ between brands, and the cm value usually tells you better whether a shoe will fit.
How to choose
-
Check the label of shoes that fit you well
The most reliable way. Find the CM (or JP) value on the label of your comfortable sneakers, ideally from the same brand, and choose a pair with the same value.
-
Compare centimetres, not just EU
The same EU size can differ between brands. An example from our tables: Nike EU 43 and adidas EU 43 1/3 both carry 27.5 cm on the label.
-
No label at hand? Measure your foot
Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, heel touching the wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe, measure the distance, repeat for the other foot and use the longer result. The CM value on the label is usually slightly larger than foot length: according to the Nike chart, a 26.7 cm foot is EU 43 and 27.5 cm on the label.
-
Check the fit note
For some pairs the QC protocol includes a fit note: whether the model runs true to size or whether half a size up or down is better. It is guidance based on information about the model, not a measurement of the specific pair.
Doesn't fit? You have 14 days to return it
Every pair is one of a kind, so we cannot exchange it for another size, but you can return it within 14 days without giving a reason and choose another pair. If you are between two values, go for the larger one: shoes that are too small are the most common size-related reason for returns. How to send a pair back
